It reads your SVG the way a laser will. Open cut paths, shapes stacked on top of each other, text that was never outlined, colours that map to no operation at all. You get a score out of 100, a plain-English fix list, and a one-click correction for the safe ones.

What problems does a laser file checker catch?

Cut paths that do not quite close, duplicate shapes stacked on each other so the laser burns the same line twice, text that was never converted to outlines, embedded raster images, zero-length stray objects, hairline-versus-thick stroke conflicts, and colours that map to no machine operation at all.

Why did my laser cut the same line twice?

Two identical shapes sitting on top of each other, usually from a copy-paste or a duplicated layer. You cannot see it on screen because they overlap exactly. The result is a scorched edge, double the run time, and a genuine fire risk on thin stock. This is the single most common finding.

Why does my text disappear or change font when I cut?

Because it is still live text rather than outlines. The machine does not have your font, so it substitutes another or drops the text entirely. Convert to outlines before exporting, and this tool will tell you when you have forgotten.

Does it fix the problems or just report them?

Both, and it separates them deliberately. It corrects the safe ones in place, closing small gaps, dropping exact duplicates, stripping scripts. Anything where the right fix depends on your intent is reported for you to fix at the source.
