Free maker tool
One record per thing you sell, referenced everywhere, so the tools cannot quietly disagree about it.
Nothing is uploaded. It runs in your browser, so your files never leave your machine — and it stays free.
Part of the Maker Toolkit: fourteen tools that share one shop profile and one product list, so what you set up here is already known everywhere else.
Questions
The cut file itself, its real finished size, the material it is cut from, measured cut length, your labour time and the price you sell it at. The measurements are taken from the geometry, not typed in, so they are right.
You can, and for a one-off that is faster. It stops working the moment you sell the same thing twice. Re-measuring by hand is where the drift comes from: the nester thinks a part is 6 in, the pricing thinks 6.25, and the quote is wrong in a way nothing flags.
Yes. Change the material or the price and every tool reading that record sees the change. That is the point of it being one record rather than five copies.
Next in the workflow
These are not a list of everything. They are the tools this one hands off to, and they already know what you did here.
Worth reading
The tool does the arithmetic. These cover the decision it is serving.
Free, and staying free
Ten of the fourteen tools are free for good. If you want the generators that design the product, and the planner that tells you whether the batch fits your week, that is what the Hub is for.
