Free maker tool
A gang sheet is priced by the inch of roll it consumes, which is not the same as the area of your artwork.
Nothing is uploaded. It runs in your browser, so your files never leave your machine — and it stays free.
Part of the Maker Toolkit: fourteen tools that share one shop profile and one product list, so what you set up here is already known everywhere else.
How it works
UV DTF is sold by the roll — fixed width, whatever length you need, billed by the foot. So the question is not how many sheets, it is how short can this be. Drop your designs, set quantities, and it lays them out at true size, tells you the length you will be billed for, and divides it down to the cost of a single decal.
Why it is built this way
Questions
Set your roll width, add each decal with the quantity you need, and the builder packs them into rows down the roll. It reports the length consumed, which is what you are actually billed for, rather than the total artwork area, which is not.
By the share of roll length each one consumes, plus its share of the fixed cost of running the sheet at all. A small decal in a row set by a tall neighbour costs you that neighbour’s height, which is why per-area pricing quietly loses money on mixed sheets.
Enough to weed and cut without clipping a neighbour. Around 0.125 in is a common working gap, tighter if you are confident in your cutter’s registration. The builder makes the trade-off visible: shrink the gap and watch the roll length drop.
Next in the workflow
These are not a list of everything. They are the tools this one hands off to, and they already know what you did here.
Free, and staying free
Ten of the fourteen tools are free for good. If you want the generators that design the product, and the planner that tells you whether the batch fits your week, that is what the Hub is for.
