For LightBurn users
Convert, nest, check and split your designs, keep your proved settings as a material library, and set up print and cut and name runs, all saved as LightBurn projects that open with your settings already on the layers.
They run in your browser and read your files on your own computer. No account, nothing uploaded, and nothing to install.

Questions
In the SVG to LightBurn converter, drop the SVG in, choose LightBurn and save. Red lines go on a cut layer, blue on a score layer and black on an engrave layer, each with the speed and power you saved for that material. With nothing saved yet, a CO2 laser gets a reference starting point labeled as one; a diode, fiber or UV laser gets only your own numbers, because CO2 settings would be wrong there.
Log your proved settings in the laser settings library (material, thickness, wattage, speed, power, passes and line spacing), then download them as a LightBurn material library (.clb) and load it from LightBurn’s Material Library window. They arrive grouped by material and thickness. You can add the reference starting points for your wattage alongside them, but test those on scrap first.
Put the parts into the SVG sheet nester with your sheet size. It packs them, trying rotations and filling the gaps, fills as many sheets as the run needs, and tells you how much of the last sheet is left. Save the layout as a LightBurn project (.lbrn2) and it opens ready to cut.
Print first, cut after. The background remover and cut line maker gives you the print with registration marks in three corners and a matching cut file. Print the sheet, put it in the laser, and line up on the marks with LightBurn’s Print & Cut or your laser’s camera. For a single piece, the Print + cut SVG holds the cut-out image and its cut line at the same size and position.
In your product catalog, pick the product and paste your order list or upload the CSV. It checks every name, works out how many fit on your sheet and gives you the CSV LightBurn’s variable text reads in Merge/CSV mode: no header row, the first column is %0. A packing list says which piece belongs to which order. Hub members can skip variable text entirely with the Batch Maker, which draws every name into finished sheets.
Almost always two identical shapes stacked on each other from a copy-paste, which you can’t see on screen. The laser file checker finds them, along with open paths and text that was never converted to outlines, removes exact duplicates for you, and saves the clean file as a .lbrn2.
No. They make the files LightBurn opens, with your settings already on them, and you still run the job in LightBurn. They also save xTool Studio (.xs) and xTool Creative Space (.xcs) projects from the same design, if you run an xTool laser as well.
No to both. The tools are free and run in your browser; your designs never leave your computer. Eighteen of the twenty-three Maker Toolkit tools are free, and the Batch Maker is for Maker Growth Hub members.
After the cut
The Maker Growth Hub works on everything after the cut: pricing that pays, listings and photos that sell, and the systems that keep a busy week from running you.
